Steps to Register

1Club Registration
Complete the online CHAWP form above. Payment can be made in our Online Store or by check to your coach.

2USAWP Membership
Register with USA Water Polo (Club #1281). No athlete is allowed in the water without current USAWP membership.

3First Night of Practice
Bring a copy of your USAWP registration and proof of payment/check to the pool early on your first night.
Groups are determined by the athlete’s age on August 1st of the championship year. Ensure you train with the correct group.
Documentation: Paperwork and fees must be submitted prior to entering the water. A signed registration form by a parent/guardian is mandatory.
Quarterly Session Fees (11-12 Weeks)
Fees include coaching, practice, and pool time only. Tournament and league fees are separate.

This is our primary communication tool for schedule changes, tournaments, and pool closures.
Club Policies & Expectations
- Team Cohesion: Regular practice is crucial for individual skills and improving teamwork.
- Safety: Practice ensures athletes are properly trained for competition demands.
- Attendance: Failing to meet requirements can lead to reduced playing time or suspension.
- Terms: Memberships are calendar-year based (expire Dec 31).
- Refund Policy: CHAWP will not give refunds for session fees or tournament entries.
