CHAWP Swim Team Registration & Information

REGISTRATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM

New Swimmer Assessments

Interested swimmers must complete an assessment with a CHAWP coach. Please bring a towel, goggles, and a swimsuit.

Ages 12 & Under Mondays at 4:45 PM
Ages 13 & Up Mondays at 6:00 PM
Swimmers receive a 2-day free tryout. On the 2nd day, bring payment and your child’s birth certificate.
Legal name and DOB must be checked by Coach Joey before receiving USA Swimming forms.

Program Fees

$125 / Month

Flat fee per child. 3rd child is half price!

* Fee is not based on the amount of days in the pool, it is a flat fee.

$68 / USA Swimming

Mandatory registration for all swimmers. No membership, no practice!

Check or money order made out to Chawp.

Joining Requirements

  • • Birth Certificate (Required for Coach Joey)
  • • USA Swimming Membership (Mandatory)
  • • Families must volunteer to work at swim meets

  • • Kick board & Swim buoy
  • • 5-Gallon bucket for all equipment
  • Blue & White Groups Only Training Fins & Hand Paddles
